Greencore gathers your personal information required for you to be considered for job vacancies within Greencore and to conduct research relating to our recruitment activities. We will only retain your personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory or reporting requirements.

Greencore reserves the right to suspend or remove the profiles and access of candidates who have not logged into this system for longer than 12 months. Under data protection law we are required not to process personal data for longer than necessary and this is the reason for this.
You can request that your account is de-activated by sending an email to the Greencore Recruitment Team at email@example.com and specifying within that email your name and the email address used to register the account and stating that you wish for your account to be de-activated.
We do not use any forms of automated decision making on the Website.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we use reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website.
